Good location. Very near Dongsi subway station (50m). Just next to supermarket, bakery, big pharmacy and 24 hr MacDonalds. Rooms are clean. Friendly staff and helpful staff.
The key card door of my room did not don't work smoothly. Need special method to get it open. I could speak Mandarin so it was not a problem. But I am not sure whether the staff can communicate well in English.

The price is cheap.
Other guests talking outside the corridors can be heard clearly in your room so its like having someone shouting at your door practically the whole morning. The way Chinese people communicate doesnt help either...they shout!!

nice staff at Front. Excellent location nearly metro station, sightseeing places, a lot of cuisine around. Worth to stay in this rate.
they do not accept credit card. a plenty of room do not have window , which they are not stated in web site. Actually, web site should inform guests about these before they decide to book.

Great location, close to the metro and a small shopping mall. It was also quite good value for money, the room was cheap.
There were problems with the Internet and the staff spoke poor English.

Good location, very close to the subway station and Tianmen' Square easy to move around, economic supermarket and pharmacy around the hotel.
Some rooms have no windows, even I made a request for one with window, but I was told that all triple room is with only the inner window( corridor window). Also suggested all bookers to reconfirm the booking in case got removed by them.

Location next to Subway Station Dongsi. Good shopping and dining opportunities in the area which is also somehow nice to look at - rich of charming traditional hutongs. Room size was good and everything was clean; I was lucky to get a room with a window to the outside.
Staff hardly speaks any English. Room spreads the charm of socialistic realism - neon light, everything in ugly green colour, and no pictures nor design whatsoever. Most rooms of this hotel have no window to the outside. (But mine had, see above.)

The hotel is right next to the metro which is great when traveling. The heater warmed up the room quickly.
It was an extremely small room, and a small and somewhat dirty bathroom.

very good location just 50m of metro station line 5.
Noisy because of the avenue.
